Return Merchandise Policy
We want you to be happy with your Beaded Jewelry By Kat purchase so if within 10 Days from date of receipt, you are not satisfied with your handcrafted beaded jewelry purchased from Beaded Jewelry By Kat, you may return the beaded jewelry for any reason for a refund, subject to the following restrictions:
- The jewelry must be in it's new, original condition unworn and undamaged.
- The jewelry must have the round white Mylar Tag uncut and still attached to each piece you are returning.
If the Mylar Tag is missing, has been removed and replaced or cut, you will not be issued a refund or exchange and the jewelry will be returned to you. The Mylar Tag is as shown in the image. The writing on the tag will change with each jewelry piece and may be typed or handwritten.
- You must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the signed, completed form must be included in the package. (See Return Merchandise Instructions Below)
- The return package must be mailed within the 10 Day return period. Any returns sent COD or without a visible RMA number will be refused.
Return Merchandise Instructions
Please read and follow the Return Merchandise Instructions before returning the beaded jewelry.
- Contact us either by telephone or email, to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. See Contact page for telephone number and email address.
- Package the jewelry in the same manner it was packaged when you received it from Beaded Jewelry By Kat to prevent damage. Improperly packaged merchandise will not be covered by insurance and your refund will be denied.
- Include inside the package a printed copy of the Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA) you will receive from us by email completely filled out and signed.
- You must purchase enough insurance to cover the amount of the returned merchandise. Loss or damage of jewelry in transit not covered by adequate insurance will result in your refund being denied. You are responsible to protect yourself.
- Please write the RMA number on the bottom, left hand side of the package. Packages received without the RMA number written on the outside of the package will be refused.
- Please address the package: BJBK, 2361 Asbury Rd, Deltona, FL 32738 (Do not address the package with Beaded Jewelry By Kat or return jewelry, etc. for security reasons).
After we receive your returned merchandise, all instructions were followed and the jewelry has not been worn or damaged, a refund will be issued in the same manner in which the payment was received, less original shipping and handling charges. We also charge a 5% restocking fee for returns which will also be deducted from your refund. We will not reimburse you for your return shipping, insurance and handling charges.
Privacy Policy
No personal information transmitted to us will be used for any purpose other than to help us serve you better. We pledge that no personal information entered at Beaded Jewelry By Kat will be sold or otherwise distributed to any company or marketing firm.

Payments
We accept major credit cards through our merchant account which includes: Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. We also accept credit cards through Paypal, Paypal account funds, Paypal eCheck and Paypal bank transfers. We also will accept U.S. Postal Service Money Orders.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated based on weight of item(s) ordered and includes a handling charge. We ship using USPS First Class, Priority or Express Mail. Most items ship out within 1 Business day to 15 Business days after receipt of payment. Shipping time will depend on payment method. Merchandise paid by eChecks and Money Orders will ship after payment has cleared. We only ship to the credit card billing address.
We only ship to the Contiguous United States, Alaska & Hawaii. We do not ship international or to any APO/FPO address at this time.
